NOTE:  All new subscriber information submissions, changes, and cancellation requests will be processed within 24 hours.  Forms will be processed by the Data entry department Monday-Saturday between 8AM and 4PM, Sundays between 9AM and 2PM.  Data arriving after the cutoff times will be processed on the following day.  Our Data Entry department will do everything possible to assure that all requests be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
